I paid a extra $25 for shipping to get it here in time for my wife's B-day. Tried to call 7 times and it would just kick me off. I don't know how they stay in business. Now I have to spend extra money to get her gift in time....THEY JUST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.....if this is over the virus let people know. YOU SUCK JEWELRY EXCHANGE

Cutom ring rip off

I wanted to have a mothers ring made for my wife and went to the store in Phoenix for advice and to have them design it. I was asked the months of the people to be involved and the manager opened a book with stones in it and started talking about the different colors for each month. I agreed to the colors and said I wanted the ring to compliment her wedding ring in size so they could be welded together. She agreed and said she would need the other ring to compare the size and such. The stones she showed me were more than just the color they were the stones she was going to sell me and they made the other ring look like a miniature in comparison. I had delivered the original wedding ring two weeks before the other was to be done and again reminded her that the two rings were to compliment each other in size. When I went to pick up the ring that I had ordered I also picked up the wedding ring and held next to each other you could not hardly see the wedding ring because the new ring overwhelmed it by at least four times the size. I was told to give it to her anyway and if she didn't like it they would make it right. Ha, ha, we have been back several times only to find out that they will make another tiny ring and exchange straight across for the giant one. I paid a lot of money for giant stones that I didn't want and will get nothing credited back for them other than smaller cheaper stones. I am out almost $900.00 for something she cant wear and I have figured out that they do not have any smaller stones in stock so her whole intent was to sell me these boulders because she had them regardless of what I was asking for. I will never do business with this company again. Just a bunch of crooks selling whatever they have in stock.

BAD BAD Company

Got diamond earrings as a present. As I was NOT there when purchased, I was not aware of their NO RETURN policy. I went to the store, called their corporate office to get NO help at all. They took my daughters money with open hands, but not willing to help after they have the money in hand. I’d EVER shop with them again. I’ve never had such horrible customer service in my life. On a scale from 1 to 5 I’d give them a MINUS 5, DON’T do business with them unless you want to be severely disappointed.

When the jewelry exchange today to upgrade my wife's wedding rings but the salesperson stated that they don't buy back any jewelry even with great grade diamonds from zales. I was going to add 3k also. They refused. Went to zales and upgraded to a beautiful 3 carat wedding rings. Zales took back my wife's old rings and gave us additional savings with a life time warranty. This is my first and last time I'll ever go to jewelry exchange.

Pissed off Ripped off consumer

My nightmare started in feb of 2016 my fiancée and I shopped at the jewelry exchange villa pk purchased a 2 kt Diamond single white gold6 months later went to have it cleaned and checked at a different jewelry store because the customer service is awful their to! We dealt with Brian come to find out the ring is of the poorest quality no shine not worth anything! I went back explained to a man who says he was the manager had the nerve to tell us what do u want me to do about it! They have *** diamonds horrible service also the commercial they had on at that time said that you were aloud to upgrade and after we went in their and argued with that man the commercial changed can u believe the manager laughed at us told us to get the f out! Too bad!! Please everyone stay away from the jewelry exchange they will break up what’s suppose to be the happiest moment of ones lives!!

When I first walked into the store, I was brought to the engagement ring section and it felt as if the sales associate was not understanding what I wanted, I began to get irritated then they admitted to not understanding the terms I was using. Then the associate had found another associate who is a diamond consultant to help me find the style of ring I had in mind. At first I felt bad but the first associate said for me not to worry that they are a non-commission company and the goal is to always make sure the customer is happy. I ended up finding what I wanted and the second associate understood the (now I know) wrong terms. Thank You Jewelry Exchange.

We first went to several big chain jewelry stores. That was a big mistake! They all were most interested in pushin what they wanted to sell us rather than listen to our needs. Amir and the staff at Jewelry Exchange were caring & considerate helping us find the rings we wanted. My wife and I highly recommend this store for all their jewelry needs!

Bait and Switch

Run like *** away from the Phoenix Jewelry Exchange. This place is heartless and will switch stones after they collect your money and then tell you it’s your mistake. Very, very bad place. They will not even offer you a cigarette after the screwing your get.

Disappointed

I upgraded my wedding ring after 36 years, went to jewelry exchange and put a ring in the layaway I was pleased I go back a couple of weeks later to get the layaway out and pick out a diamond payed cash, I asked is that all I owe she said yes so I asked again and she said yes I blived her b cause I had other charges on my receipt ( tax twice, ring size and a couple of other things) they put my diamond in I put my ring on got ready to walk out they called me back and said I owed over $300 more dollars, I was so disappointed and P O

Very unhappy with this company. I bought a small pendant.

After I found out I couldn`t mail it legally to my girl friend In another country. I went to take it back. I looked in the bag and the receipt they gave me was blank. I went to the store and they said they do not give refunds.

It had been 4 days. I They said I had been told about this. I hadn't. Then I showed them my blank receipt.

The produced the credit card receipt that I had signed. At the bottom it said no returns. I wont return to this company. I spend thousands on jewelry every year.

I have taken back items in 4o years.Very disappointing..I do not suggest using them because of such a policy.

They want to give store credit. That way a unhappy customer can come back and have another unhappy experience.

Hello, I just had a horrible customer service experience at your store in Sudbury Ma. My husband bought me over $700 in jewelry. I did not like one of your chains. I came in to return it. I was told I could only get store credit. While I waited I saw on your website a policy that stated I had 15 days to return it. When I brought this up to the sales associate, he said it was a online purchase policy only. I asked where it said in store policy and he couldn't find it. A women manager was called to talk to me by the name of Nixon, she came and told me it only says it on the receipt then walked away mid conversation. I would not have been so upset if she took the time to show me the policy online (as your customer service rep did after, when I called your Corp office to see if I could get a refund on my credit card). Ms. Nixon was so rude and should not be dealing with customer issues as she only made it worse. My feedback is to train managers to have more communication skills to listen to paying customers. Also, why would I ever buy in store if I only get store credit? I will only buy online and not anymore after I spend my gift card online, since Nixon destroyed my desire to shop with you. There are a lot of places to buy jewelry and managers should treat all customer, especially those that have spent $700 in her store, with more respect. I also left without my orginal receipt. Could they please send it to me? Thank you,
