So, over a month ago, I purchased a custom-made jacket from Canva. To date, I have not received the jacket, nor have I received any status update on when delivery will be made.
Attempting to contact the vendor is nearly impossible.
This is after I paid 457 some odd dollars. If I could do it all over again, I would not shop with this company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Irritated...
I requested a refund. And then to my surprise. As if to add insult to injury.
They didn't even provide me a full refund! Like who wears a coat in the summer in California.
I am so pissed off with my experience with this company. I spent $449 for a jacket that has yet to be delivered, and there is no status update as to when I may receive it.
There's no phone number to call to speak to a customer service representative about the item I purchased. With all due respect, I understand why there are so many disgruntled customers who lose it.

Mysteriously, after my noting on pissed customer. The issues I was having with the jacket maker and the dissatisfaction I've experienced.
I received an email from them a short time later stating that my order would be processed and shipped by March 26th of this year!
Thank you so much pissed customer. For providing a platform that demonstrates excellence in maintaining a good business relationship between the customer and the suppliers!.
The call was not answered. The phone immediately hung up when I placed the calls.
I placed an order over a week ago and there have been no updates as to whether or not the order has been filled.
The only message I keep getting when I respond to the text about the size of the jacket, is to confirm the size. I have been told that I will be notified within 24 hours.

Return issues
I just received a confirmation from UPS that they have tried twice to deliver the return request #9883. I was able to retrieve a phone number for A1 Sewing & Vacuum Return Fulfillment Center.
They advised me that they had an issue going on, and they would not be able to accept returns at this moment.
This is unacceptable because your company gave me direct instructions for returning the item for a larger size and I did everything you all told me to do. Please advise on what to do next?

I'm still waiting for confirmation of order, with no response from rep. Shawn.
when he does decide to answer emails, he says " it looks like you didn't receive my last email..." the order number provided does not show up on the website tracking. horrible experience.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. they just completed the order.
no discount. no compensation.
trying to place an order, Rep emails me for information, I reply, ...don't hear from the rep for 2-3 days...a simple order...going on 8 days now, no phone number to call, won't return emails...what kind of business is this?

My father passed away and u had to leave for a different city to be with my family. i was not a le to pick up my parcel so it has been returned to sender.
they refuse to give me my refundvor even listen to what im telling them.
they have no compassion no understanding and sean from customer servicebis just ignorant. do not deal with this company
