Voucher
On 2/12, I purchased a voucher online as a Christmas present. I have not heard anything or received the voucher.
I have been contacting customer services and emailing to ask for the name of the company that supplies their online vouchers, but I've had no success.
Why is it so hard to get an answer from them? They were quick to take the money, but they won't be getting any more from me.

Yes , ordered £1,500 of gift vouchers for my family as Christmas gifts . They were all delivered to my address , but they came separately instead of one package ? The cost of postage was £38 50 !
I rang to complain that they should have come in one package . The person I spoke to assured me I would be refunded the postage but I havent .
So far , can you please resolve this for me . Many thanks mrs Marron .

Compliant special birthday customer service was appalling
Bad customer service We wont allow ed in the bar before our reservation time. Not very friendly .
It was my husband s birthday and I booked it ages ago . So disappointed both of us . As we looking forward for this occasion for ages .
Its a shame as we like the food . Just lacking as I said before customer service
