How do you run a hotel when you don't answer the phone?

answer your phone or nobody's gonna stay there. I cancel the three day booking because nobody would answer the phone. What a joke.

The hotel was horrible. The halls were torn up. The door didnt lock. The bed nearly fell in and saw a rat. Was there about 2 hours. They would not issue a refund

Dirty

I booked a Room smells, bathroom shower curtin was dirty. The first room I got the telephone lines were messed up. the second room just a flit. when you open the door it slams so hard. The smell. I had to go to Walmart to buy a sheet and pillow to spread over the bed. I couldn't sleep it felt as if something was on me. I had to put all my clothes to wash because the room had a bad smell. The loby you had a group of Guys hanging out singing and sound as if they where drunk. I will never book another room at this hotel. your rathing is a 3. 4 star they should have a negative and give you guys a 0.
