Paid for my item. Never received it

I live in Fall River, Massachusetts. They sent my item to Pennsylvania.

They said they would resolve it. I never received my item yet. They still have my money. Not only do I demand to receive my item but now the hoops that they have made me jump through.

I am now demanding my item plus credit and an apology!

And when you properly upload images for This particular complaint page it doesn't accept it.

And yes since I am a professional, I do not know how to upload proper photos and the photo sizes!!! AngryWtf

I never got my items!!!!!!

They sent my items to a completely different state and a completely different address And I have been going back and forth with inky for the past 2 weeks and I'm tired of it !

No resolution. They haven't gotten back to me.

Nobody's called me. You took my money but you didn't give me My items!

Now I have no choice but to call the Federal bureau of consumer affairs that was suggested to me by my attorney Anthony Bucacci! He is kindly giving me the number in the person to speak with about my situation. You have exactly 24 hours to get back to me.

I'm done with you!

Send me my items! Get in touch with me. Do something!!! I am a professional.

I have worked as a registered nurse for 18 years in the emergency room and four in the OR!

YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!

24 HOURS!

And when you try to download pictures to send them.

Like on this page site doesn't go through.

Although it did go through my email they got several of them. But they don't seem to be doing anything about it!

Next time Amazon for sure!

And I will make sure my 20k plus followers make sure that they are aware of your nefarious situation!

Preferred solution: I want my items that I ordered along with a full refund and an apology and of course I would like it delivered to the address that I actually sent you and not one that you feel like you want to send it to my correct address
