Madam, Sir,
I am writing to you with respect to the above order that I passed a few weeks ago.
I was supposed to receive two boxes with wonderful products (creams, make up). I received old products which absolutely did not correspond to what was described in your offer.
I asked to be sent a prepaid return.
Your after sale services said go ahead send the products back we will reimburse you both the products and the expedition costs back.
Which I did and sent the receipt them.
Now they are refusing to pay back the expedition costs.
I ask you to please pay back the expedition costs as promised.
I cannot believe that an enterprise that is supposed to work europewide or even worldwide is trying to fraud its clients.
I am very disappointed and if I am not paid back the return costs I going to file a claim with the police against your scam. I have alredy filed a claim with the Fraud department since the products sent did not correspond to the level of products described.

further to my email to you i can now no longer access the platform due to The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache Server at www.thehut.live Port 443.
i have waited for over a week to have my redraw request deposited into my account in which it is still not been received. the T/C on the platform states that withdrawal's will be pain within the hr.
from request having a successful review. customer service will not answer any of my messages. your immediate attention to fix this matter would be greatly appreciated.
i have screen shot's and photos of all messages to customer service and paid the required tax that i was asked to so that my redraw could be released. after paying over $10000 dollars into this platform i was cut off and blocked .

Horrific, 100% horrific. I tried contacting customer service on one The Hut Group sites (popinabox.ca) and received replies that did not answer any questions regarding my support issues and sometimes no replies at all and would mark my questions as completed.
I only received 1 of 2 of my order, while the entire order states delivered.
I am still awaiting support regarding this.
I also received a mass email for a 5 for $30 promo. Stated you didnt have to input any code but that it would be auto applied in cart. It never worked. So one reply I received stated no worries, we will apply $2.45 reimbursement this didnt even make any sense.
There was a $40+ difference, not $2.45then I received a new mass email promo next day5 for $40, (and input the code) so they ignored my request for support and realized they made a mistake and just sent a new mass email to everyone. I then tried that one out and the code says 5 for $30 at the top but the total stated $40..so I reached out again and the ongoing ignoring of main issues, unhelpful comments, and continuous glitches/problems continue.
I highly recommend never ordering from this company whatsoever.

I’m disabled and so frequently shop online. I ordered 3 presents from LOOK FANTASTIC. They didn’t arrive I spent days trying to get someone to tell me about the missing parcel if I was going to get it

Dear Sirs,
I preface by stating that I have been a customer of The Hut Group websites such as Lookfantastic for several years and my experience was never short of exemplary, which is why this situation I am reporting leaves me shocked and disappointed.
In September I ordered a DVD box set from your website Zavvi.es (order number 32508****).
The parcel never arrived.
I contacted the website through customer support and requested help. Upon being told the parcel was declared lost, I was given the option of being refunded the amount paid, either through store credit or through Paypal.
I did not feel comfortable ordering from Zavvi.es again since they do not offer parcel tracking, so I requested a refund through Paypal.
I was told in early October this would take two to three weeks.
I found such a long time strange, but waited nonetheless.
A month passed and I did not receive my refund. I contacted customer support again and was told, in a dismissive manner, that I would have to wait another three weeks.
I then contacted Zavvi through their Facebook page and proceeded to tell the entire story and give all the necessary details to customer support, in English, through Messenger.
Another week has passed and nothing else happened.
I want my money back and I will not back down until I get it.
