On the Road Again

Round and round we go and we are still going NOWHERE FAST! After not receiving word from HurryRoll in a month, I called and apparently there was a miscommunication and alas....no new HurryRoll and a wheel is on the way!

Wheel comes in and it is the wrong wheel. Call HurryRoll. Referred to Drive Medical ( this is a Nitro Rollator made by Drive Medical and rebranded a HurryRoll. More $$$ ).

Contact Drive Medical. Confusion sets in. Customer service tech wants to argue. Obtain another phone number from another source.

If I can't get a wheel that fits, I am going to have to Frankenstein this bi$ch so I can use it.I really like the HurryRoll. It is a great rollator however trying to get an answer or parts is beyond ridiculous.

After speaking to another company representative, it was found my HurryRoll was still under warranty and I will be receiving a new HurryRoll. This representative was professional and genuinely concerned about my problem and promptly solved the problem.

Parts for repair

I have had my HurryRoll for a year and am very satisfied with the product....until I needed parts.

The company Itself has a parts list however does not offer a place to obtain the parts. I know the HurryRoll is made by Drive Medical and rebranded as the HurryRoll, as they look exactly the same. I contacted the company and they cannot ( or will not ) give you a place to order parts for the HurryRoll, nor will they tell you if parts for the Drive Medical Euro Rollator will retro-fit on the HurryRoll.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a Hurry Roll on March 18th and have not received this item but my credit card has been charged as of March 20th. I need to know the status of this order.

I contacted your company on April 8th to inquire and spoke to Charlotte, she indicated that the Hurry Cane had been delivered on March21st, but I stated that yes the Hurry Cane did arrive but the Hurry Roll had not.

She would resubmit to have another one shipped and it should reach me in 7-10 business days. It is now April 18th and I still do not have the Hurry Roll, THIS IS NOT A GREAT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

Stillhave not received HurryRoll order #US140**** dated 3/19/19

4/6/19 I was notified that my order was cancelled by HurryWorks LLC Spoke to Charlotte , service rep and was notified that they showed order being received on 3/21/19 and I said yes, the cane was received but not the HurryRoll. Charlotte checked and said that she would put thru a reship order and I still have not received it - even though my credit card has been charged as of 3/20/19 Was to be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. NOT A GREAT WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS!!

Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service

Bought the HurryRoll and entered in a code HR84 from one of their advertisements that said a free HurryCane came with the HurryRoll. The HurryRoll arrived without the HurryCane.

I called Customer Service expecting them to say sorry and send it right away. They told me the special had just ended a few weeks ago, yet the website accepted the HR84 code without issue like I would get it. This seems like false and misleading advertising, and I felt betrayed by the company with no help from Customer Service. I told them I was going to write a poor review, and they didn't seem to care, so I am following through on my promise.

At least someone is being honest.

The cane is about 1/10 of the price of the roll, so not sure why it is worth frustrating the customer. I would not recommend this company.
