The Hurrycane - Total lack of response from Hurrycane!

Reported a defect/flaw in Hurrycane product, complaint was directed to their "call center" who responded that my complaint was being forwarded to Hurrycane......gee, I am still waiting after two weeks for their response to defective product and my injured back! Anyone else encounter this issue with Hurrycane? The height adjustment pin snapped on my cane causing the cane to collapse......

The Hurrycane - Broken adjustable height pin

Have several Hurrycanes, minimal use of each until recently, when the height adjustable pin broke on one of them, causing me to twist my back causing further pain due to spinal stenosis and arthritic condition. The failure of the adjustment pin appears to be a defect in the cane itself and causes it to be untrustworthy. Hopefully, this potential flaw in design or construction can be corrected? Difficult to contact Hurrycane direct as calls are directed to a call center and there is a marked lack of customer service available!. I suggested I return the broken item but was told that it was not necessary that they could determine any problem themselves....... Hopefully, someone in authority will contact me for details? I wonder....... Anyone else with this problem?

The Hurrycane - Broken item

I have bought several Hurrycanes in the past few years and have generally been happy; however I bought one folding Hurrycane that I was going to use for the first time last weekend and it fell apart. I tried going online to get a replacement and could not find their website or phone number. I kept getting redirected to other sites and need help. I paid about $40 for it and need a new one.

I'm really disappointed in your product. It seems its false advertisement. It shows the bottom of the cane pivoting and it DOES NOT. I returned your product and will not recommend it to anyone.

Last Sunday I was walking with the cane to my car and the cane snapped, broke and gave way and I went down. I fell, lucky I only fell and did not get impaled on the broken pieces of the cane! Seldom did the cane stand by itself as advertised and I struggled to pick it...

The Hurrycane - The hurricane is cheap and dangerous

I purchased the hurrycane in November 2018. The cane is top heavy and falls down easily. The bottom is slick and has caused me t o fall twice because of no support. I purchased the cane at Walmart and it was over $50 dollars for this piece of garbage. I despise using it. I can't have a cane that i have no confidence in. Don't waste your money on this product.
