Damaged guitar
- - Damaged electric guitar arrived; it looked smashed.
- - I would send another guitar to make things right, but they do not want that.
Wish someone would contact me and resolve the issue by either sending me a new guitar or something something similar or maybe a little updated one something like a flying v or a something like that something different design would be greatly appreciated
I've been trying to get ahold of them I sent emails and everything and they don't respond now I'm stuck with the guitar that doesn't work that's like cracked and broken like it was thrown around like a football during shipping or something
Received an electric guitar in the mail damage it looked like it was smashed against something. Like it was done at the end of a concert of some famous heavy metal guitarist and they smashed the guitar on stage.. I would be willing to send the person another guitar to keep in good grace and let them know we care but obviously they don't.

Damaged guitar
- - The guitar arrived damaged and needs replacement.
- - Please ship a replacement electric guitar with amp (same or similar model/color).
They never got back to me they don't seem to care the guitar arrived smashed and broken look like someone at the warehouse or manufacturer like they threw it around or someone dropped it and never said anything..
Would appreciate if you could send another one and replace this one

- Going through other vendors instead of directly selling them somewhere
Preferred solution: To get another guitar the same one or of a different color even a different model like a flying v or like a warlock style guitar or another tiger stripe guitar like green or purple or red

Can someone reach out to me resolve this or like I said send me another guitar with the amp and everything send me something similar like a blue or green or even yellow like I said this is going to sort of be myself therapy with my mental illness that's why I was looking forward to it it calms me down and helps me relax and concentrate.
