I ordered magazines on 10/3/23 they have not shipped it's been 16 days how much longer before this order will be sent my order number 286250 this is taking very long I don't understand why it would take more than two weeks for the shipment to b ship

Subscription stopped and funds not returned.
In 2018 "The Horse" cancelled my subscription along with all others, not returning any money. By my calculation, they cheated their readers out of over one million dollars. I will never buy another of their magazines again.

Let people know this is a rip of place. Fake bikers at best
Got ripped off by paying for and not getting the subscription. The commie cowards would not answer e-mails or call. Turned them into the Better Business Bureua in Utah.

I ALSO PAID FOR 2YRS ONLY RECEIVED 1YR MADE MANY PHONE CALLS AND APPLIED ON LINE FOR REFUND NOTHING SO IF THEY ARE BANKRUPT COULDN'T HAPPEN TO A NICER GROUP BUTT HEADS
Paid for a subscription and got screwed
Like the title says, I got screwed. I received one issue and that was it.
I contacted them through email and got no reply.
I suspect it has a lot to do with who they allowed to take the helm of the magazine. Now their website is down.

Cheated out of 1 year subscription
I paid for a 2 year subscription and after one year, they just stopped mailing me the magazine. I called repeatedly and they never returned my call.
I checked with the Michigan Attorney General's office and they made contact with the magazine who said they found about 11,000 invalid subscribers and they did not receive my payment, but the subscription service said the account with the funds went directly to the magazine. So it looks like they had a problem with one of their agents/subscription services and are not taking responsibility for their agent's actions. They owe me a refund for the year of the subscription they did not send me.
The A/G's Office tried two other times to get them to respond but they just refused to answer or resolve the problem. I even have a record showing that I did have a valid subscription.

I also lost my subscription, after having them for many years. If the company went broke and couldn't fulfill their end of the bargain, then just say so.

Dumping Back Issues
I had purchased their so-called continuing subscription where a publisher sends you an issue as they're published and charges your credit card. I've done this with other publishers with no issues.
After I received issue #181, I again received #181 the following month. I left a voicemail with no response and likewise with an email believing that this was an error. The next month I received yet another #181 and came to the conclusion that they had ceased publishing new material and simply clearing out back issues.
I went through my credit card company and had the last charge refunded. I still think it's a poor business practice that they didn't notify subscribers that they had stopped publishing.

Renewed my subscription last August paid with credit card never received a magazine. They will not respond.
Is it not stealing when you take someone's money and never send out a product? Why do you not refund subscribers money since you refuse to respond or send out a magazine? You owe me a refund and I want it. Not a gift card because I really don't want your crap I wanted a magazine subscription or a refund.
Why don't you just send my money back? I see you have done this to a lot of people is that not fraud?
What is the deal with the people at BackStreet Choppers? Maybe you need a class action suit against you since you took the money and kept it.

I have been a subscriber for years. When i renewed my subscription in 03/2017 i received one issue.
Since then i haven't received another.
Poor service. I will never subscribe again.
The Horse- Backstreet Choppers 'Horse Poo'
Subscribed to the magazine back in January. Never recived any copies what so ever.
Wrote to them and their response was 'wait more'. 12 weeks past. No copies. Cancelled subsription.
Dispite paying for subscription via credit card they notifed me refund would be forthcoming 'via cheque'. Three months later nothing. Have written 15 times.
Feel completly conned. Magazine/publisher complete disgrace to biker comunity.

Gtp is a professional *** anyway. I wouldn’t base my opinion on that mag based on his sorry *** Dude paints like 3 commissions a year and has his hand out looking for donations so he can continue live for free.
How many times we he on the horse board pan handling for funds to keep his bike running. Get a *** job like the rest of us.
