Resolved: Never received my item
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. nothing was issued to me i recived my product after ordering it i month it was in april that i ordered my producted and got it monday june 2. i did email them and all they sent me was a time when it was going to be delivered.
Never received my item. I want to know where it is.
It's been 2 weeks. I paid 24.85 for my item and never received it.

I had sent three emails and tried calling to get hung up on. I have not received my order.
While this company seems legit they are not sending out the products you pay for and are not responding to emails or phone calls. I would do everything you can not to get scammed like I did and order something else from somewhere else.

Do not be conned into canceling a PayPal reimbursement. Once its cancelled you cannot re request a refund. The amount of red flags this business has (bad reviews, no recent social media presence, no phone number) I would steer clear!

Poor customer service
My sister ordered my dog a shirt...it never arrived...when i emailed with customer service they were not helpful and took a few days to initially reply...by the time i found out my sister accidentally put a wrong number in the address( which dosen't exist ) it was to late to try and track it down...the post office who says it was delivered ( to a non existing address ) was also not very helpful...this was a gift...and i understand that the item was made and apparently delivered somewhere...the customer service basically said i was out of luck and re order...i mean they acted like i was tryi g to get something for nothing...anyway, it left me with a bad feeling of their company...

Ordered a shirt and sweatshirt for my dog. Was told I would receive a confirmation that they were shipped in 7-9 days.
Weeks later, I had heard nothing. Emailed back the company and they said they were overwhelmed because it was hoodie/shirt season... which is their whole business? That's like being a dog food company and saying you're overwhelmed because you didn't realize dogs always need to eat.
They said they would get my order out that day.
Multiple days later, still radio silence.
I suspect this isn't even a real company. Order from them at your own risk.Do not

Would not return unused item for bigger size, very unprofessional other company have no problem with returning for different size
