I LOVE Home Depot but thier store in Bradenton has lost touch with our Veterans and others.
Very rude and disrespectful attitude by front end floor Manager.
Home Depot is failing to provide good leadership and customer service period.
Strongly recommend Home Depot to clean up this Store and provide much better service for their patriots

I just wanted to try and get a Teager Grill at $700.00 dollars but they wouldnt try to help I tried to get a Home Depot card but I couldnt so if they dont want to try to help me I will find somebody else to deal with if Lowes sold Teager Grill I would go to them because they will work with you are if I can find someone else to deal with

EXCEPT catching an employee doing lines of a white powder in the bathroom . Later to find out my son knows him and hes a *** head Home Depot needs to do better and drug tests these employees

A new ac unit
My husband is a senior and I am disabled. I called to see if home depot foundation could help us.
We have no credit. Our air conditioner quite about 3 weeks ago.

Home Depot is the worst
Talk about passing the buck! We are waiting now three weeks worth of phone calls, supposedly sent to the escalation department with regard to a delivery.
Customer service is blaming it on UPS.
Home Depot customer service told me to call UPS. I contacted UPS. They in turn said Home Depot sent the wrong ticket number that the Home Depot needs to send a new ticket number so that UPS can create a new tracking number, and they will have no problem picking it up. This has been reiterated to Home Depot for the last three weeks.
It has not been done. On a phone call today on August 14th, 2023.
I've told the distribution center is 3 to 4 weeks backed up with picking items, so now it's a distribution center's issue. Extremely disappointed with a company we have stocks invested and use for all our building needs.
Preferred solution: Not to get the run around

Attempted more then twice to contact HD Foundation regarding their donations to non-profits.
Called HD 800 number in Atlanta, GA in an effort to obtain a phone number of the department that handles HD Foundations process for donation to non-profits. No one had the faintest idea ..replied several times to the email that was sent granting access to that particular website, came back as could not deliver, that email address is unknown! !
