Poor Customer Service and Shipping

I placed the order for an an item that my wife had really wanted on January 27th. I paid for the items. Then I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally after more than 2 weeks and two emails from me, they apologized for the missing order but now the item I wanted was sold out. had they not lost the order and placed it when they said they would, I would have gotten the item I greatly needed. Instead, they did nothing. I got my money back but nothing beyond a perfunctory "Sorry." Do not order from this place and remove them from your YouTube Subscriptions.
