I was employed at the hillman group at Hamilton ave in 7 hills 2022 I was approached by a white Manger lady and swung at for coming back from break late it was my first day and I didn't know the times right until this woman left even doe she did these things to me. I talked to my Manger about the things and I didn't feel safe about the job being with the woman now I put the application in for forest park hillman and she knew that me not knowing the difference of the building she kept me at Hamilton ave I told my Manger about that and was never which.

No I didn't put in two weeks as a African American man in America in these times I was afraid to be there so I left for my protection at this time. I put my application back in for the other building when I was informed that she quit. I feel like I'm being punished for being afraid black man in America with every reason to be.

I was hired on and then told I wasn't getting the job due to me leaving I liked the job due to it be close to my house,when my wife died last year from covid the job made sense but I wasn't going to stay and be subject to those things.
