Credit card question
I had run out of checks & apparently used my credit card to pay Heritage instead. I had forgotten about this & needed confirmation of the payment method.

My experience was fine with your person and my issue was resolved? My question is why you have chosen to name your correspondence with me, pissed customer? I grew up understanding pissed as not a very nice word to use. Just wondering, because I was shocked. Thanks, Martha Black
