Ridiculous Company
Does not deserve to be in business. Orders are not processed because they are waiting for a provider.
According to their disclaimer they are no longer responsible for orders that take more than 60 days to fill with no refund of credits. Of course all service orders take more than 60 days. Items that are ordered may be incomplete or unavailable. Of course their disclaimer says that they are not responsible for the accuracy of orders and completeness.
Their only explanation is we are a new company.
Ordered cooking utensils received a $9.00 set completely different than what was shown from Amazon . They are a drain for elderly patients that need assistance and their only purpose is to exhaust funds from insurance companies.

Takes too long to fulfill orders. Ordered Oct 1st and still have not received my order.
Lack of communication.
They will not answer their phones. All you get is sent to a voicemail loop with no option to leave a message.

Grocery orders are typically a very long wait time and no one will answer the phone to check on orders.
Placed grocery bundle and pantry bundle October 1st. No one has contacted me regarding my order as of November 1st.

I never received a callback since Aug 1 I have call them 26 times as of today. Concerning my groceries request
My august 1. Request for groceries.
Has never been approved. As of today September 6 I have call 36 times. And no one has bother to call me all this. Biull you posted of how much you care about you customers is nothing but empty promises.
It is just so frustrating to try to get a hold of any one.
You all most think you will never get old. Think agin

Resolve my Aug issue
Same as always. They put you on hold for 15 minutes.
Then ask to leave a message. But they never responded Ive call are reached to them as of today I have call are reached out to them more Dan 27 times its so sad the customer service they offer.
I just cannot believe. That such a big company refuses to resolve my issue

Supposedly the company does medical assessments for Prud. Ins. Long Term Care poilicyholders
Prudential Ins has contracted with The Helper Bees, to assist in doing assessments for their policyholders to determine if the client claims are warranted. The "Bees" supposedly use nurses to do these assessments, and unfortunately, we have been unable to determine which states these nurses are licensed in.
