Service seating service, and putting mustard on my fries

Service my reason for calling is I went to the hat over in Brea on imperial Highway

So as soon as I get there, I always check for a chair. My partner is big so we need a chair.

There was no chairs. Well he stood in line. I went up and asked for a chair. The Mexican boy at the counter gave me his fingers in a pinching manner telling me one minute, didn't speak English so then I went back to the table.

A girl came up to wipe the table. I asked her she looked at me and shook her head no idea what I was talking about. I pointed to the chair and she shook her head again walked away went back up to the counter. Still no chair.

My boyfriend comes back no chairs. He also asked no reply from anybody. He also asked for mustard on his fries. They told them they don't do that.

I went back up and said yes you do put mustard on the fries.

We've been through this before the guy that was behind there said OK we put mustard if you want but we don't put mustard and I said yes we want mustard but we don't do that and I said yes you do that and we need a chair. I don't know nothing about a chair so four times I asked for a chair, no chair very bad customer service and didn't wanna make my fries as I wanted them and they were the chili cheese fries with pastrami along with two pastrami sandwiches so how are we gonna fix this every time we go we have a problem

Horrible customer service

Do not go to the Brea location. They turn off the drive-thru speakers. Plus, they lie and say there's no manager during the evening.

I'm writing this for my wife cuz she's cleaning the car from the mess. She got burnt very badly on her hand.

She went to order chili fries. When the person at the window handed it to her it burned her hand and she dropped them all over the car and all over her clothes most unfortunate.
