Would Not Release PI Settlement Money
After repeated request to release my PI settlement funds, Atty Babak Hashemi refused to release my money even though my Chapter 13 is in effect and my BK atty had already explained how he will handle my liens. Atty Babak Hashemi charges more in retainer fees 40% than other PI lawyers usually 33.33%. Watch out for his computation of expenses, ask for receipts not invoices, he added expenses not for my PI case. Trust a refutable attorney.
