Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Took the threat of a complaint to ACCC/ State Attorney General's Office to get refund

Ordered supplements after watching add that gave one price, but then charged another so immediately live chatted to cancel the order. Was told that order would be cancelled but I would need to receive the goods and then return for a refund, meanwhile they had deducted the money from my account.

After waiting 2 + weeks for delivery, tried to post them back only to be told that can't post to a PO box as it's international(NZ).

Tried to live chat this morning, cut off twice, then tried phoning, after explaining situation, woman pretended she couldn't hear and cut off again. WORST customer service EVER.
WOULD Not recommend this company and would suggest if you deal with them to be super cautious
