- - Price differed from advertised; order canceled.
- - Money deducted before refund.
- - Delivery took over 2 weeks; NZ PO boxes not deliverable; poor service.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Took the threat of a complaint to ACCC/ State Attorney General's Office to get refund
After waiting 2 + weeks for delivery, tried to post them back only to be told that can't post to a PO box as it's international(NZ).
Tried to live chat this morning, cut off twice, then tried phoning, after explaining situation, woman pretended she couldn't hear and cut off again. WORST customer service EVER.
WOULD Not recommend this company and would suggest if you deal with them to be super cautious
