Made a purchase already been charged but have not received merchandise
Made a purchase online on April 29, 2025 for 77.56 amount has been taken out of my account and as of today have not received merchandise.
No one answers the phone to find out why the merchandise has not been shipped.

I need 2024 calendar refills for my Happy planner
I was never able to speak with anyone at Happy Planner. I ended up finding the 2024 refills that fit Happy planner at another vendor through Amazon. They are great and I still have the planner covers that I like so much.

I need I tried to contact Happy planner for calendar refills for my planner.
I attempted to contact Happy Planner to inquire if they had 2024 refills for my planner. I did not want to purchase a new one because I like the one I have.
I wanted to speak to a person but was never able to connect to the company. My planner was a gift Christmas of 2022
