Not so happy gape

I went to The Happy Grape in Lexington, Ohio for a fun night out. When I received my bank statement I noticed that I had been charged twice for the same amount. I called to try to rectify the charge and the owner was very nice on the phone. He took my information and seemed like he would take care of it. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. I had to handle it through the fraud division of my credit card company. I'm very upset that he never lived up to his word with even a call back.

As the owner of The Happy Grape Wine Bar, we always try our best to take care of these situations. I always handle credit issues myself personally.

When I handle these transactions through our credit card processing agent, they supply me with a message informing me that the transaction is confirmed.

I apologize to this customer for any oversight that may have occurred and emphasize that this was not intentional. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible.
