Received damaged defective item
Blaming my clothes even tho it's never been worn. Said it's never happened before but was quick to say static electricity which is impossible. You can see the stones are sick in the glue
However, the item has never been worn and it arrived in this condition. I paid extra for shipping protection and they own a gun shop. Despite their guarantees, they refuse to fix the problem, even though I could easily have acted dishonestly and claimed it never arrived. I am repaid for my honesty with cheap and lame excuses.
They said this has never happened before but were quick to blame static electricity. They are not following through with their shipping protection or taking responsibility for their company's personal guarantee. Not to mention, I've been a VIP customer for over three years and have spent thousands of dollars.
They are refusing to fix the issue and are blaming me instead. I advise not to spend money with them.

Want to talk to someone about my necklace, not trying to join any membership
Give a number to call if there are any problems or issues with merchandise instead of having to join any membership to resolve problems.
Preferred solution: Return the too short necklace for a longer necklace

Didnt receive my package
Don't no wat happen I don't got my package in I would like my money back that product was for my son for his birthday in I'm very upset they let somebody sign for my package in now I don't have it so I would like my money back or I will be filing a lawsuit with u all inDHL because that's money goin to waste
