This guy is the poster child for horrible business practices! Stalker and ***, not a good combination. I wouldn't recommend him to any person I cared about. Never ever will I set foot in this business. Poor excuse for a business owner Damien. He burned somebody really honorable and started cyber stalking and running his big fat mouth BEFORE he checked out what he was running his mouth about!!!

RIP OFF What a a complete *** Sold the *** a guitar and his deal fell through so he called wanting his money back because it was fake. Bought it for 8 hundred couple years ago, sold for 5 to the ***.

We love Demian, his family, and his store. Have known him for 14 years.
Would encourage anyone to do business with him and his delightful family.

I bought a custom shop telecaster from Demian and it's my most precious possession. Demian was prompt, super helpful and conscientious.
He went out of his way to ensure that the guitar shipped halfway around the world in top condition, well beyond the call of duty, making several trips to USPS because of some red tape, packing and repacking the guitar so that it would make it safely through the torrential rain of the Indian monsoon.
I cannot recommend him enough. I will most certainly buy from him again.
Don't know what your talking about you are the one with the problem. Damien has always been honest and fair. Sounds like you tried to sell a fake and got caught in your moscheif
Even if Damien has wronged you, you need to understand that if someone apologizes u need to forgive them, not for their sakes but your own. God says if you don't forgive others He won't forgive you.
Secondly bad mouthing ppl is never ok. Complaints are one thing but what your doing is wrong.
The bible says even a fool is considered wise when he holds his tongue. I am warning you and telling u that if you don't forgive the guitar place you will only rot in your sick world of anger and hate and trust me, you don't want that

Damien and his business, The Guitar Place in Chico, CA has always exceeded my expectations whether it be guitar lessons, or the quality of products they have to offer at very fair rates. I have always been treated with respect when I go there.
I have done multiple transactions with the business as well and have always been happy with the outcome.
I have had my son taking lessons from Demian for a couple of years now. He is a great guy and a good family man with good values.

The reviews are still up and why don't you memtiion you called BEGGING for it to be taken down apologized 14 times and took down your FAKE *** ON CRAIG'S LIST AND APOLOGIZED AND CRIED ABOUT HOW bad you felt for doing that. YOUR SALE FELL THROUGH, YOU LYING SACK OF ***.
He never sold you a fake ***, you are the FAKE you wouldn't know your *** from a whole in the ground. He is the most decient person in the world something you know nothing about.

We've been in business over a year now and I've had one problem with one customer and it's somebody I've never met! This lady's husband sold me a counterfeit guitar. Â He never once mentioned that it was a fake. Upon realizing that I had purchased a counterfeit instrument(I did not have a buyer lined up) I called him and to his credit he returned my money and took his guitar back. I only wish now that that had been the end of it. Â
He posted the guitar on Craigslist the next day making no mention of it being an illegal counterfeit.Â
I contacted him and told him that I would post a 'buyers beware' Craigslist notification if he didn't at least add that it was a fake guitar. Â He didn't change it and I posted the 'buyers beware'. I never mentioned his name nor the business he owns. I wasn't out to get him. I just wanted buyers to be aware of what they were getting. Counterfeits obviously hurt our business. Â
In response his wife posted negative comments  about me and my business on her public Facebook page. There were threats to do bodily harm to me from her and her friends on this same page. There were also threats to do damage to my vehicle and to 'ruin my day'. My business number was shared on her page and for the next two days we received over a dozen prank phone calls from a private number. Furthermore she posted nasty reviews on three other google review sites. She went on a personal attack against me, my business, my family. All because of a 'buyers beware' Craigslist ad I had posted about an illegal guitar being sold.
I called the police and everything was logged. I have saved and printed everything she and her friends have posted.Â
After letting her husband know what was going on everything was immediately taken down. This review remains.Â

I did business with Demian last year, from Australia, and he couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He made, what could have been a stressful international purchase of a fairly expensive instrument, an excellent experience. I would do business with him again without any hesitation and I hope that this attack has not harmed his sales, he deserves better than this.
