Verified ReviewerReport horrible customer service
- - Lorena said my application was accepted and a $500 deposit due to my background.
- - I was told to go home and finish the application; I was rejected.
Lorena needs to be let go. I had my daughter and my dad and the other woman that works there in the office when she told me my application was excepted and I had to pay a $500 deposit because of my background.
She told me to go home, finish her application and then we can get this going. She didnt tell me I needed to do it on my laptop so I went through three apartments that I lost that I really wanted. Then I had only one apartment to choose from, so I had to take it, and I actually ended up liking it. I got everything turned on, and she calls me to tell me that I was rejected.
And then went on to lie and say she never told me my deposit would be 500 and all these other lies. She has poor customer service. I dont know how many times I went up there trying to get things straightened out and everything was always put off until tomorrow. I have nowhere to go now because I got in trouble six years ago and it has to be seven.
I knew that and thats why I knew that I was paying the $500 like she stated in front of everybody but of course shes going back on her word because shes worried about losing her job.
Well nice for her that she has a job and a place to live. I dont have a place to live because of her .
Bad Place To Live
- - The complex has gone downhill under new management.
- - Maintenance is hard to reach; grounds are unkempt, grass not cut for weeks, trash and a rat.
I been living here at the Grove in Starkville MS. for a few years now.
The complex is under new management and its gone down hill. The one who's SUPPOSED to work in the office is rarely there. Can't get ahold of maintenance any time of the day. The complex looks run down, grass hasn't been cut in WEEKS.
I've seen a rat running through the grass. Its disgusting. Im ashamed for anyone to see where I live.
Trash everywhere. Im stuck here till end of next summer and it sucks.
User's recommendation: Don't move here until you see the complex grounds are clean
