The Grout Boss - They didn't finish the job and promised to come back and that was a month ago.
They didn't move the wall unit or the hutch to remove old grout and put in new grout. He has not responded to my phone calls.

User's recommendation: Make sure they do everything before you pay them.

The Grout Boss - Didn't finish job
He said he was afraid to move wall unit. But said he would come back if we moved it . We also discovered that he didn't move the hutch either.

User's recommendation: Don't give them the money until they are finished with everything.

He said I didn't pay for the floor under the wall unit to be grouped. He was talking fast and angels practically yelling at me. Now I'm afraid of him. I'm afraid of him coming back. He said he was an of his word and he will do it.
