Price increase after their computer glitch

Couldnt purchase item due to their computer glitch. Once that was fixed the price had gone up by $26. I tried many times to purchase and it was $103 at that time. I should get it at $103 instead of the current price of $129. Cannot contact anyone at The Gromet.

Tried multiple times to order small charcoal grill priced at $103. Order wouldnt go through due to server error. The rep that I had a chat session with also got the same error. That is finally fixed but the price has gone up to $129. I feel I should only pay the price it was when I first tried to buy it! Tried to call customer service. Recording is all you get on the phone number and tried to email but it made you keep typing it over and over because what you typed disappears because the Capta(?) comes up incorrect no matter what you pick! Horrible customer service!!!!

Return order sent me In error. Not mine

I have a grommet package addressed to me but the product inside was ordered by another person. Her name and address is inside the package. I would like to return the package so this person will eventually receive it but because I dont have all the necessary information because I didnt order it, dont know the person who did. The only thing about is order that has a connection to me is the address Efforts to connect online repeatedly rejected. Return pkg sent to me in error not a catagory

I ordered the silicone stretch lids and the butter softener about a month ago and have not heard anything about the order. Can you pl tell me what is going on

My order was missing an item that was listed as shipped on the package insert. When I spoke to a representative following the New Year Holiday Jan 2, They rectified the situation immediately.

Did not ship order and no response or way to contact them.

I placed an order and received part of it. I've tried to contact them and their phone message says that they are closed. It then refers you to a link to check the order but none of the links are working. On their Facebook page there are hundreds of people with the exact same issue.
