Extremely rude management at phase III (the newer phase). Very shady husband and wife management team who are more interested in not answering your questions, concerns and telling
you to get lost than addressing the tenants concerns.
Husband and Wife management team is extremely inexperienced, rude, and will team up to not serve your comfort or needs. They are extremely immature and do not know how to respond to professional people with simple questions. I spent $300 more per month with a different complex because the management treat you like you’re a piece of trash. They do not pro-rate your rent.
Thus, if you move in on the 15th of the month they will charge you starting on the 3rd each for the FULL rent. Plus, they will begin charging you on the 3rd of each month but not make the apartment available until the 5th; again no pro-rate. You pay in full even if its their process that’s holds up the apartment.
I do not and would not recommend the Greens at Broken Arrow apartment complex, their management, or the non-prorated policy. BEWARE!
