Bad bad service

Your Rehoboth location is first ratehowever Lewes location is awful. Staff could care less food is always late we will stick to Rehoboth location in the future

User's recommendation: Avoid Lewes location.

Menu item change

I ordered the black and blue salad anticipating the same salad I always enjoyed. What a disappointment when the salad was served!! It was NOT the same salad, and it was not nearly as good as it was previously!! The waitress said that the recipe was changed ( that was obvious) and that there were many complaints. If a menu item has to be changed that much, then just TAKE IT OFF THE MENU entirely. Why would a restaurant change a popular item so much rather than just dropping it ?? I don't think we will go to Greene Turtle again soon as we have many other choices in restaurants near us.

Waitress was terrible!!!

To long to explain here but just say she was very slow and not very efficient at her job. She was visibly unavailable. I had the check and timed her disappearance at 5 mins 34 secs before she picked it up from me. Other then that the food was great and we will be back for sure. Waitresses name was Lakeisha....please correct her wrong doings and make sure she doesn't do it again. Not intended to have her let go.

Teacher Appreciation May 8

Today was teacher appreciation day at a local Green Turtle. I dined alone, but my customer service was a bit awkward. I showed my teacher badge before ordering a glass of water. My waiter came back with the water and I asked for him to explain how the discount would apply to my meal. The waiter politely obliged and then I ordered. He rushed back over to abruptly ask me all of these questions. Where do you work? What grade do you teach? Do you like teaching? Well, I did not mind the questions, but the way he was asking me as if he did not believe I was a teacher even after I showed him my teacher id badge. After the questions he came back again to say that he told me wrong about that discount and that it isn't 12.00 off my entire bill, but rather up $12 value of an entree. I said ok and then he abruptly walked off again. He kept circling around by my table I guess to check on me, I'm really not sure. I have to say it was a strange dining experience.

Management in Mongomeryville Pa

My wife and I enjoy going to this location, but last night was a bad experience. We were in the parking lot saying our good by's (I travel for work), when we heard noting but F bombs and mother effers. Apparently a fat manager with a gotee was sharing stories with the associates, it was non stop. In my opinion that is not how management should conduct themselves and it sets a bad example.

Poor Customer Service - Pissed Customer

After arriving at this location at 11:30am and ensured that they will show my team/game, we ordered several entrees. Everything was fine until another manager came on who decided to change my game to another game that someone else in the bar area wanted to watch. Now, Sunday games do not start until 1pm; we were there long before the 1pm game. The manager came out and changed the game at 4:20pm to a game that was not on their initial listing because another couple came in and requested to see a game that was not to start until 4:35 on another channel (remember my game still had 10min left). Regardless of the request from several of those watching that game (along with the waitresses request for her regular customers), he refused to change the channel back to the game originally listed to play. I write to let you know of the Poor Customer Service) at that this establishment and that they are very bias to their friends regardless if you are a regular customer or not. I will never support this location again; even though it is 2min. from my house. I get better service from the Dover Grotto's . They will go out of their way to show your game, even if they have to feed if through a laptop and sit you in the family area. The two managers on hand at the Dover Green Turtle shunned us off with no care at all. While the support staff all saw how poorly we were treated.

Fire the managers who worked on 12/7 and issue us a full refund! They both allowed the customers watching that game be disrespected and shunned!
