Medical marihuana patients do not patronize Green Cross located at 19215 West Eight Mile Road, Detroit, MI 48219. I have been a consistent patron for more than 2 years. In the last few months, I only recognize 2 people that work there. The staff has drastically dwindled and changed and they must be under new ownership because I no longer see the previous owner.
Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 6:50 pm I was treated rudely. I was attempting to buy 1 gram. I had bought 6-7 grams since Wednesday, August 10, 2016. The white chick that waited on me initially weighed 1.03 grams. She continued to break pieces off to get it down to exactly 1 gram. I asked her why was she continually breaking off pieces. She replied "don't *** me, this is the way that I was trained." I'm 62 years old and do you think that I am going to allow a young tattooed trailer trash white chick to disrespect me. I replied "*** I'll jump over this counter and whip your ***." I was shown the door. It's amazing that a new broke down employee can disrespect a long-standing customer. This is the first time that I ever had any problems there. I was told to go to another facility and not return until my attitude is better. My attitude will never be better. I will not return and she should be fired.
I pass more than 10 medical marijuana facilities before I get to Green Cross. I was going there because of the great customer service. The customer service is no longer great when an employee can disrespect any customer.
