Impossible to get thru your labyrinth

I spent an hour trying my best to get through your damn order form everything kept getting kicked back and it wouldnt go through and blah blah blah and I was really angry about it so I give up I wont give you my business and if I do itll be with a phone call. Why do you have to make everything so incredibly complicated so stupid

Screw up on my account

You guys took 164.25 off of my card and I didn't authorize it. I don't even know what this is and I have to pay my light bill I have 2 young kids and thanks to your crap they will be cut off Monday. I went to pay my light bill Friday and had 4.25 left. I want my money back

User's recommendation: I don't even know what this crap is. A scam is what it looks like I know I will make it well known if I don't get my money back.
