This hotel is the worst hotel in the UK! For a five star hotel it is by far the worst.

The hotel made us wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a local taxi and requested we waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes, bearing in mind I was wearing a dress.

When returning to the hotel the duty manager Leslie Benge, was far from sympathetic and blamed it on a third party, external taxi company. In no way did he seek to help us in any type of compensation or retribution, a simple gesture would have gone a long way, worst duty manager in the country, Leslie Benge.
