Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I claim in website in 4 days the Agoda call me send me link to payment and today I received the team Brásil is the best understand the obvious.

15/oct/22 I made a reservation for the Goodwood hotel in London and arriving at the hotel after 1 hour the attendant looked for my reservation and he put us out (me, my husband and our children 2 years old and another 7 years old) saying no found the reservation even though I showed it on my cell phone. we left and immediately I already communicated to Agoda so that it would not be charged, the next day it already appeared in my current account that the block of 161.16£ and so I contacted again at first they asked for 30 working days I waited for the 30 days and then the soap opera started for good Agoda says it can't refund me the amount because they weren't the ones who charged more I made the reservation on their website, they ask me to contact the hotel but none of the 5 phones even ring, the charge made in my account has a fancy name of the *** hotel appearing as Holliday inns and even though it's exactly the same amount as the Goodwood hotel reservation charged on the same card and on the same date Agoda says they can't do anything I just want my money back because that's right the hotel should be removed from their platform simply because they are seeing that they do not treat consumers with respect and transparency and that makes me even more angry because Agoda keeps them on the site does not pay me but it also says that they cannot contact the hotel, that is, they are only concerned with receiving the monthly amounts that the hotel pays for december after much discussion i was told that the hotel would pay me on 12/29/22 of course that didn't happen and yesterday after many fights once again agoda had to pay me and hours later they sent me another email saying they wouldn't pay me that I should talk to my bank to get the billing address since the names were different I feel like a real idiot in their hands
