Painful arch and heel area

The good feet store guaranteed that inserts would take away pain. Since 1 Sept 2021 I've tried 3 different pairs, the pain is still there and no comfort, it is actually getting worse. Last time I was there, the sales agent assured me they will find the right pair for me. I feel I have given each pair a fair amount of time for adjustment. If there is a class action lawsuit, I am in.

Resolved: We were charged almost $1400.00 and only refunded $700.00 collars

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I put on Facebook what we were going through...Manager called this morning and offered 100% refund...We accepted..

SarcasticShockedWe returned the inserts within TWO weeks, husband only wore for 5 days...we were charged almost $1400.00 through CareCredit and they would only refund half and they claimed they had a no return policy....WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT, WE WERE TOLD 60 DAYS.....BEWARE....THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
