The Good Feet Store - Complaints

Got the arch support with the promise that if they dont work I can return them. When I went to return afterwards, the sales rep played game that I returned only two not three.

Returned 900 . Your Tustin store still needs to return the balance of $522 to me. I never opened the box which he packed for me. He had to nstalled one pair in my shoe and told me to use that only for a week.

I have ordered orthotics as advised by my doctor.

Please look into this matter and resolve this matter.

He says according to camera clip he put in all in the box.

He is lying. I didnt touch the box.

Thx

The Good Feet Store - Returns

I was referred to The Good Feet Store by a friend. I went to see if it would work for me.

I told the young lady about previous purchases of insoles and how they affected my feet (caused swelling and knots in my feet pressure is applied) and I asked if I experienced the same thing could I return the insoles. She said yes, after trying adjustments.

I purchased the insoles and I experienced the same pain and swelling that I did with previous insoles that I tried. Went in for and adjustment (with swollen feet), I was instructed to let the swelling go down before using the newly adjusted insoles. I waited and experienced the same thing all over again.

I went to return them and was told that I could not return them but could receive a store credit. $2,200 store credit, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I was told that I could return them and Id like to do just that!

They were purchased on June 30th and I reached out on July 2nd to let them know that I was experiencing pain and would like to come in to have them adjusted. I went in for the adjustment on July 4th.

I waited the swelling to go fine and started back with them. I reached back out to the person who sold them to me about a return and I was told that I skulls probably try another adjustment and I told her that I would rather not because of the pain and swelling..

The picture thats attached is after Id worn the insoles

I am NOT saying that anyone elses would experience the same swelling, pain and knots.

Thats just my situation. My gripe is about being told I cant return them

Garbage

The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275.

1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert.

I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone not to go a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00.

Its not until they spent a half hour with you, and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need. Check out the Better Business Bureau page for Good Feet.

There are many complaints about their products. Also, you cant return them for your money back, because of the Good Feet does not accept returns if you are not satisfied.

Orthotics

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Very disappointed. I had heard so many good things from coworkers about the Good Feet Store.

Maybe their feet aren't as messed up as mine are. I scheduled a fitting and do think their customer service is good. Their product is another story. In my case, I have arthritis in both feet, a deformed left foot and fat pad atrophy in both feet.

Their orthotics are quite expensive, which would have been fine if they actually worked. I spent almost $2,000 for orthotics that progressively increased the pain in both my feet. I gave them a lengthy breaking in period. The orthotics are hard and press into the bottoms of my feet.

I told the employees upfront that the bottoms of my insteps are extremely sensitive and anything applying pressure results in pain.

They do have an awesome foot massager that they use. I don't know where they got it, but I would gladly pay for one of those.

Painful arch and heel area

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The good feet store guaranteed that inserts would take away pain. Since 1 Sept 2021 I've tried 3 different pairs, the pain is still there and no comfort, it is actually getting worse.

Last time I was there, the sales agent assured me they will find the right pair for me.

I feel I have given each pair a fair amount of time for adjustment. If there is a class action lawsuit, I am in.

I loved my inserts!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I had been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for 2 years. I went in bought inserts for me and my bff for about $1000.

It completely gave me relief! I would go every 6 months and get newer inserts without a problem. I was very sad to see they closed. I used what I had for a couple of years and out of desperation went to Good Feet to get new orthotics.

Good Feet sucks! Those jokers gave me their version of orthotics and said they would help me out since Ideal Feet was no longer around. They wanted me to spend $1500 for new orthotics! Uh no!

So I proceeded to leave and the sales guy said I can sell you some for $50. Seriously dude?

Why not start with that to gain the trust of your customer. I'm just sad they are no longer around.

A lot of money for poor outcome

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The employee spends minimal time with the customer and gets you to purchase inserts that are VERY expensive. I tried to trade an insert because the current ones did not work for me.

The Manager that waited on me admitted that they were the wrong size for me but would not exchange them. She stated that I would have to buy a $99 lifetime policy to be able to switch any product and is good for my lifetime. This is a new plan they instituted within the last few months. Seems like I am not the only one that has had issues with the product without much success so they need to institute another means of making money.

There is no way to purchase a product like this in a short amount of time of one visit. I was not asking to return the product as I knew they would not. Just asking for a product that was the correct fit. After going into the store 4-5 times I was given a different product each time.

Doesn't even sound like they know they are doing. Very poor experience.

Ideal Feet replacement orthotics

In Sept. 2012 I purchased a pair of Ideal Feet orthotics from the store located on North Penn.

across from Penn Square Mall. I bought the life time warranty along with a pair of the athletic shoes that was sold there. Since then I had to have the orthotics replaced twice and there was no problem doing so. However, I need to have them replaced again and I went back to the store just to find out that it was closed.

I knew that it was another Ideal feet store on Portland, so I went there. I was told that since the other store closed, I was basically S.O.L. and I had to purchase another set from this store but they will give it half price since I purchased the life time warranty from the other store. I was now told at the time of purchase that since all of the stores are independent, they do not honor each other's policies.

I spent $600 -$650 for the orthotics and shoes along with pads. Now in order to keep my feet from hurting, I am being forced to spend at least $300 more at another store. You should tell your clients that you do not have reliable business practices when they are making the decision to purchase from you. I am sure not any of your clients knew that each of you are an independent contractor with the same name and all different policies that are not honored across the board.

To me that is bad business. Is there anything that can be done by your company to rectify (fix) this problem.

I see that I am not the only complaint of this type about your company. My name is Charles Shepherd, my email is scharles50@***.com.

855-522-FEET. This is the new tollfree number to Ideal Feet, the San Antonio store location will be re-open Mid April 2015.

I'm Ernest Wallace, and I bought the naming rights to Ideal Feet. I will be honoring all the lifetime warranty out there, now this is not something I'm OBLIGATED to do, it's just the right thing to do.
