Bad quality and service

My mom, Katie Johnson, ordered a bag from Good Collective that cost $166 and fell apart within two weeks! When she tried to return the bag, Good Collective rejected the return.

The quality and customer service were horrible. It's not what you expect when you pay so much.

Ordered and received gold clicker earrings with opal stones. Ok when received but opals turned topaz-colored after a short while.

I know that there is a statement on the product about the care/porosity of opal stones, but Tthese are not even opals!

What this purchaser is describing verifies that the opals are in fact authentic. Opals are porous.

When they are exposed to water or chemicals, they will turn brown or yellow. They can be restored by allowing them to naturally dry, but once they are, they should be cared for as prescribed.

This order was placed using a free shipping code on December 9th. We clearly state that items shipped for free are shipped USPS ground.

The quoted delivery time is 7-10 days. This item was delivered on December 18th. Before Christmas & within the quoted window.

The good collective.com expressed that they were happy to be successful enough to not honor an online coupon I was inquiring about....

( after 2 attempts to get a response )....

Then, AFTER A PURCHASE, the item actually broke. I wore it once! Again. More ( MORE than one attempt before I got a response to resolve a BROKEN ITEM! )

Requested a return label.....

Okay, had to request ...4 days later ANOTHER RETURN LABEL...

These people are terrible!

Unhappy with product THEN customer service

First, was told they were happy that that they didnt need to honor the coupon I found online. It took 2 attempts to get a response email.

Then when I ordered a product, it lasted 1 ONE wear before it broke. Again, several attempts until a response.......

I decided on a refund as I was told there were no other returns on that item; THEN told the item had been put on sale because OF the complaints of the breakage on this item. I have sent the item back ( after waiting 4 days for a simple return label &; having make ADDITIONAL request !

It is expensive ~ worth it IF customer service could be somewhat competent .
