I sent my chain to Goldgod to get fixed. They have not returned it. I don't understand why y'all are keeping something I paid for.

Spoke to a customer service representative and they were very nice and helpful and I told them that I placed an order two and half weeks ago and I asked when will I be able to receive my order and told that I have to wait 7weeks to receive my order you need to consider the order delivery time it must be shorter than that , thank you for your understanding and I do hope you will be able to do something about it
