I tasted your nuts while at the Marano hotel in Tacoma Washington....instantly fell in love with them especially the seasoning and the litlle kick afterwards.im not a nut person..do not like cashews..pecans..or walnuts so i was very impressed.....i returned to buffalo new york with 2 boxes from the hotel....my husband loves pistachios so i told him to try these....he loved them...sooooo i ordered 2 1lb packages and today i received them...well i was a little dissappointed because it didnt quite taste the same...wasnt enough of the seasoning to really get the taste and kick....well 40 dollars later...i wanted to let you know please please please...put more seasoning into the 1 lb bags......thank you....Deanna L Clark. Pistachios company the Gilded Nut
I came across a pistachios company who looked like they had great gourmet nuts. I wanted to buy them for my up coming holiday party however it took them forever to get the order shipped and they were not worth the wait. I did not mind paying the price and the shipping until now. I do not recommend this company to anyone, you should just go to the store for your holiday parties. You would have thought they would responded to a customer email but , they ignored my request when i was simply notifying them of their slow order process. They are not as good as they look, DO NOT BUY

In the past, we have not only refunded purchases, but we've sent free product so they could try other flavors. Surely, if we had heard from you, we would have offered this.
Regrettably, we never received an email from you. What email did you send it to?

Lastly, our products are served and offered for sale at over 100 luxury hotels and specialty food shops around the country, and we've gotten amazing feedback. But we realize that everyone has their own taste preference.
