I made a purchase of an E-card on your website, the payment couldnt proceed but its charging me the amount that I asked for in my gift card. I made a purchase without any Giftcard shop account. The payment appears like pending on my account. ¿Do u know how long does it take to get my money back? Bc I never received the gift card on my email

When will i receive gift cards
