Bras are too small
My first time purchasing Genie bras the associate measured me I stated they were a little too tight she said they would loosen up 6 weeks later bras are very irritating these two bras cost too much money not to be able to wear them in Comfort two bras that's comfortable with satisfy me all the money I put out for these two bras I'm in a size double F wasn't cheap I wasn't satisfied at all

I purchased a bra 04/25/2023, I put bra on to wear on 04/26/2023, I put bra on to wear and after 10 minutes I knew it was not the right size bra. It hurt to wear.
I went back to store to exchange only to a size bigger.
Bra was taken to back out of my sight and another lady came up to me saying there was hair and deodorant stains on bra and they would not even honor an exchange. I left feeling so upset.

Preferred solution: Exchange for a 40FF and an apology would be nice.
