God help anyone who is hit by a General Insurance customer!I filed a claim for repairs and was assigned to an unresponsive adjuster. I am pissed.I was hit by a general customer who had ran a red light on June 14, 2016. Today July 27, 2016 my claim still hasnt been fulfilled. I ended up getting a rental car, of which I got a bill for, 2 weeks later. Of which i had turn in a week and a half before I gotten any money... just the offer. Company full of crooks! I was sitting at a stop light when I was rear ended by a woman who carries this insurance. They have denied my claim saying that they determined I had no loss. I have to replace my bumper and two carseats! How is that no loss?! Now I'm stuck hiring an attorney. The general is a horrible company!!
