The Furniture Warehouse located in Sarasota and Venice, FL scam purchasers. They do not deliver quality furniture and do not accept returns with customer satisfaction.
They provide no refunds and the store credit is a joke because the same damaged furniture is available. Poor customer service by all employees, including sales and corporate.
They have been doing business for over 34 years scamming people and there needs to be a civil action suit brought against them. Many customers lose a lot of money for no furniture.

The Furniture Warehouse - Sold defective sofas and warrenty does not cover

We bought a black sofa and love seat from Furniture Warehouse in Chula Vista, CA back in August 3, 2009. We bought the 5 Year Protection Plan with MFS (Montage Furniture Services) and discovered that it did not cover bubbling on our black Klausner Crossover Sofa and Loveseat Black Biscast leather with 4 recliners.
The bubbling started getting really bad in early 2012 and is getting worse everyday and we now cover the furniture with blankets.
I just saw on the news on NBC that this probelm has occured with Jennifer Convertables nation wide. Please read the protection plan fine print because most do not include cracking, pealing, or bubbling.
