Frozen fruit/bad service
Ordered my relatives fruit it is all frozen. Called customer service 3 times and sent an email but no one ever called back. Finally reached someone after 5 days. They said it will take 2 weeks to fix the problem because they are too busy but everyday I get an add too buy more wont use them again

Ordered a 3 month plan in July. The second monthly shipment was sent to the wrong business name, even though the shipping address in the customer file was correct. When I brought this to their attention, the owner apologized. It obviously embarrassed me with the recipient, who thought I did not know how to spell the business name. Now the third shipment has gone out and sure enough they did it again with the same error. It was supposed to be shipped to "Sun Sweet..." and instead they twice shipped to "Son Suite." The product itself is good, but I feel it is substantially overpriced.
User's recommendation: Suggest you find a different company to fulfill your orders.
