Fresh Diet- Gone with the wind-with consumer's money!
- - Company went out of business July 22, 2016, leaving customers stranded; no notice to employees or customers; CEO Zalmi Duchman may have fled USA.
New Fresh LLC-dba Fresh Diet has gone out of business. They stopped being in business on July 22nd, 2016, leaving their customers stranded and plain out of luck.
They NEVER advised either their employees or customers of their intentions or exactly what happened.
They just fled during the night with the money charged and services not rendered. It is possible that the CEO Zalmi Duchman has fled the USA. This firm is pure trash for acting the way they have acted!
If they ever should re-open for business AVOID!
They should clearly be ashamed of themselves for defrauding their customers and investors the way they have! SHAME ON THEM !!

THE FRESH DIET - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
- - Signed up after a mailer promising fresh meals.

I was contacted by the Director of client services today who had read my post online. After discussing my experiences, she offered to fully refund my payment and apologized for the experience.
I was very pleased and impressed with the response.
She also indicated they were changing their policies that had generated my situation for future customers. GOOD JOB FRESH DIET.
I went online after receiving a mailer showing delectable food delivered to your doorstep FRESH and GOURMET and bonus.. you could curb your intake and lose weight and be healthier.
Buried in the fine print is that the have NO REFUND policy on UNUSED weeks. So I signed up for their "hand delivery". What arrived by FEDEX upside down and in institutional plastic sealed grossness was the most disgusting gruel I have ever seen. I took it to my office and we had a taste test.
Everyone literally SPIT what they sampled into the trashcan and grimaced. SO I called to cancel after the first of 7 boxes. Each containing 4 o 3 days of food (and you call that FRESH???). The rude cust rep said there was no refund and she didn't care if I liked it or not because plenty of other people did like it.
I told her give me my money and sell it to them. She refused. So for 3.5 weeks 7 more boxes of not fit for DOG food was thrown in a dumpster. I dont even think the homeless people would eat it.
OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING, and NO WAY to know your getting garbage as they charge you before the first box arrives.
AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! !
