I have been waiting for my security deposit and $ 1000 payment reimbursement from overpaid rent since February 2024
I have called the Auburn Pointe apartments manager, Susan, and keep getting the call corporate office explanation. I call the Franklin Johnston corporate number I was given, and it's automatically going to voicemail. Furthermore, I call the Auburn Pointe office, and they don't answer my call or Susan is not available!
