Egregious charges and discrimination

Post hurricane Ian the company keeps one million in cash for budgetary emergencies and doesnt use it in the this case for recovery, yet put a 3 million dollar bill on its members to cover the costs of repair. Charges some members 10x more than others and discriminates against membership categories
