Ripped the first day
I was given a Foldie for a gift and the very first day I used it it ripped at the handles. I reached out to the customer service and they told me I needed to give them a receipt and when I told them it was a gift and I felt embarrassed about asking the people that gave it to me for one.
They said thats the only way. There is only one foldie it clearly says it on the product.
They should have simply replaced it as you can see it ripped and it was brand new. This company is horrendous and a total rip off.

I haven't received the foldies yet.
The Foldie bags were shipped on March 17, 12025. The Tracking shows the package is in Wasilla, Alaska but It has not been delivered. What method was used to ship the package?
Please advise me as to what is going on.

I order 2 travel bags from this company got a order confirmation and order number FOLDIE-855430 even got out for delivery notice. When I try and track the order number it tells me order can't be found.
I have emailed them two times in an attempt to be updated and to date still have not had email returned. I have tried to search for a phone number to call but they only provide the support email to contact them.
