They brought my grit bow to the table cold. Offered no resolution but a 10%discount? The values of customer service are dead

Awful food, brought out cold with no resolution. Id expect better for 15 dollar grits.

And I was offered a 10%discount not good enough. Terrible experience.

Good morning, I came into your restaurant yesterday for breakfast and sat at the bar. I was ignored by every single employee that was working that day!

They all just looked at me and no one said hello can I help you! Its common courtesy to speak to customers! Then the waitress stated the host normally seats customers. Well this was not my first time at this location and Ive never known a hostess to seat someone at the bar!

I could not believe it as they should have recognize me from coming in before!

I finally had to ask was someone going to help me! Then as I sat there I observed how other customers were treated who came and sat at the bar. They were greeted and treated extremely nice!

I plan on sending this correspondence to your corporate office. Training is obviously needed!

Common courtesy is badly needed!

Not sure if I will ever be back to this location! What a big disappointment!
