Did not receive order I paid for
- - I paid for two blankets but have not received them since December 2025.
- - Paul stalls, delays sending, asks for updates despite payment proof.
I have sent numerous emails regarding an order I paid for and two blankets that I have not received since December of 2025. Customer service representative, Paul, has been stalling and saying he will send them; then he has to get an update before he sends them, even though I have showed him proof of payment.
I simply want the two blankets I paid for or a refund. However, Paul keeps giving me the run-around and still won't send them or give me a refund.

I messaged the company with no resolution other than stating the size of the blanket.
