Did not receive order I paid for

Customer service representative, Paul, has been stalling and saying he will send them; then he has to get an update before he sends them, even though I have showed him proof of payment.

I simply want the two blankets I paid for or a refund. However, Paul keeps giving me the run-around and still won't send them or give me a refund.

My bed is a full size. The queen did not even cover the top of the mattress.

Disappointed

I messaged the company with no resolution other than stating the size of the blanket.

A strict return policy is not worth the hassle. I am out $93.30
