Resolved: Very poor customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After reporting this company to the BBB, writing a Pissed Consumer complaint and writing a negative review on Google, this stopped dragging their feet on my refund.
Don’t be intimidated, don’t let them drag their feet on your refund, take action. They are counting on you doing nothing in your frustration.
Beat them up with bad or negative reviews, let them know. Informing them that the BBB now has a complaint against them, they don’t want that, they want sales and they want to make you and your complaints to go away.
The Fleece Company has a deceptive website that allows the consumer to rack up more costs when they try to stop and total out a potential sale. When this was brought to their attention, I was met with total silence and no refund.
