WHY LESOTHO STAFF AT THE FIX DOES NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO MAKE LAYBYE ON WINTERS CLOTHERS

I went to the Fix at Pioneer mall at Maseru last week Sunday to laybye a jacket for my Daughter but I was told that that they dont do laybyes for winter clothing. Just because i did have enough money i went out, the jacket was 600. I asked my Friend who was on her way to Ladybrand to check if they do have those jackets and if they allow us to do laybyes unfortunately they did n't have colour black but She was told that yes they do allow laybyes My question is why do the same shops does n't work or do the same rules? I am very much disappointed

The Fix - It's the bad service
I came to do exchange at the fix clothing in baywest mall. The teller tried helping me but the was no one to authorise. I had to wait for this person to come do that, and when I asked them to call the lady they say they don't have her number as they don't know where she is. I am pissed as *** Can you attend to this please. Worst thing she does not apologise.

User's recommendation: The should be atleast 2 ppl to authorise.

Pathetic service from the manager

I purchased a few items from the foschini chatsworth branch using my account,when I went to return the manager claudine refused to return yet it was only 8days old...I waited in the queue for over 20minutes...I will never stop there again the manager is just to rude...I've been shopping at the fix bluff and the service is amazing.
