The Emerging Insurance Agency

I still see our company name on this site. As I stated, before I have a license for (Texas) "only", and I will stress again, our said, agency can only do business in the great State of Texas and not (California).

We looked at our said call logs and never had conversed with the complaintant. We did some research as the owner of this site should have done to see if the complaintant was posting a legal claim before letting them post something anonymous. The complaintant wasprobably talking about a company with the same name as mine in Freemont, CA...about 19 to 20 miles from the complaintant named: Emerging Insurance Brokerage. I can only assume that they had their bad experience with them and not us.

But here is the serious heart of the matter...several of my clients have already read it. My reputation is ruined because this sais site letting someone post a comment about my company without verfying if it is/was the truth or not.

My reputation is already shot because of this....I take this very seriously and would like for the matter to be addressed. Please apprise and find out who this person is in San Mateo California that has written the wrong falshood about my company: The Emerging Insurance Agency, LLC in Texas.

I am a partner at The Emerging Insurance Agency, and we would like to respond to the anonymous person who decided to write a bad report about our agency on October 1, 2016 about customer service. First, We are only licensed in the Great State of Texas and we have no accounts in California period!!!

Secondly, we went back and researched our call log for incoming calls for October 1, 2016 and have found no solid confirmation of receiving a call from San Mateo, California and for what? Why would the anonymous caller be calling us, we could not help them unless they wanted to do business in Texas in the first place. People, we need to stop trying to ruin people/companies reputation/lives without having legal evidence and hiding behind the internet.

I would like the person to step up to the plate who wrote this complaint and writing looking to hurt our company. In closing, we would like to refute any claims of bad customer service because we have never spoken with any who resides or has a business location from the City of San Mateo, California.

My experience with this firm was less that favorable. Several attempts were made to contact him and resolve this, however he chose not to reply.

The term "less than favorable" is my opinion only and that is all it.

I think the key to any successful business deal is that the parties try to contact each other to resolve the issues which is what I have done and as far as I know, he made no attempts to reply, at least I did not receive any on my end. I have nothing bad to say about this individual, I just would like him to resolve this issue.
